An ultra-soft unisex T-Shirt that feels like you’ve owned it for years featuring airbrush artwork by the famed artist Charlie White III.
Charlie White III is a legendary, Los Angeles-based artist who, early in his career during the late 1960's, pushed thought-provoking boundaries in the field of airbrush art. His unique approach-using the airbrush gun as an illustration tool-set trends and inspired other artists to experiment with the medium. White is perhaps best known for the airbrushed "chrome" wings for the Rolling Stones in Rolling Stone magazine and was also the first artist to depict highly-detailed aerial views of common household items and scenes, which became one of his signature styles. For our collaboration, American Apparel went through White's extensive archives and selected our favorite original designs-none of which have been published for over three decades.
